Khris Norris

Khris Norris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they are the Director of HVAC Operations at Alliance Environmental Group, LLC and the HVAC Systems Service Director at Airtek Indoor Air Solutions. Prior to that, they were the owner of Norris Custom Air, where they managed their small business. Khris also served as a Service Manager at AirGo USA LLC, where they supervised subcontractor teams and coordinated various equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. Khris worked as a Field Auditor at Norris Consulting, conducting water audits and providing recommendations for reducing consumption. Khris also held roles such as Estimator, Installation Manager, and Project Manager at Carini Heating and Air Conditioning, and Sheet Metal Lead at Greene Mechanical. In the early stages of their career, they worked as a Sheet Metal Technician at Jackson & Blanc, Technical Editor at Mitchell International, and Service Technician at Trane.

Khris Norris has a diverse education history. In 2002, they completed the NREMT/Fire Science Program at San Diego Miramar College, becoming a certified Emergency Medical Technician. The following year, in 2003, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from San Diego Mesa College.
