Mathieswaran Ganeshalingam

Mathieswaran Ganeshalingam has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager - MIS at Alliance Finance Company PLC since October 1999, where responsibilities include acting as Compliance Officer for CRIB/STR, KPI monitoring, presenting company performance to the Board of Directors, and preparing reports for operational departments and external bodies such as CBSL. Previously, Mathieswaran held the position of Executive at The Finance Company PLC from February 1992 to September 1999, contributing as a Steering Committee member in implementing the AS/400 based IMAS system and managing Leasing & Hire Purchase Modules within the Finance Department. Mathieswaran earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wolverhampton in 2014, and completed secondary education at Wesley High School - Kalmunai from 1978 to 1988.
