Balendu Bhushan Pandey

Balendu Bhushan Pandey is a Research Associate and Technical Consultant at the Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) since September 2023, focusing on energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization, and demand-side management. Previously, Balendu served as a Senior Engineer at EESL from August 2021 to October 2023, and as an Engineer at Vedanta Business Partner from August 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included streamlining instrumentation maintenance activities, ensuring on-site material availability and documentation, conducting data analytics, and promoting digitalization and knowledge management. Balendu holds a Master of Technology in Engineering from Integral University, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur.
