Patricia Chavez has a background in criminal justice, with experience as an Executive Assistant, Case Manager, Legal Secretary, Scheduler, Council Aide, and Student Assistant. Currently working at Alliance for Community Empowerment, Patricia actively engages with the community and partners to recruit gang-impacted individuals. Previously, Patricia has worked in various roles providing secretarial support, managing calendars, and offering excellent customer service. Patricia also participated in the Ready for Women Fellowship under Los Angeles City Councilwoman Nury Martinez to train young women in leadership skills for the public sector.

Alliance for Community Empowerment, Inc. (ACE) is a nonprofit corporation ACE's mission is to strengthen under-served communities by assisting the individual through education, vocational training, leadership development, and community engagement. Through knowledge and self-discovery the individual becomes empowered and a community becomes stronger. Our Goal: • To develop Resilient Leaders through Leadership Development Training, Counseling, and Mentoring. • To Unite individuals, community, and the world in positive change through Community Outreach, Advocacy, and Civic Engagement. • To help individuals transform their lives and their community through Education, Vocational Training, Housing Projects, and Career Counseling. • To instill Hope and belief in one’s capability to fulfill their own potential and contribute to the well-being of others.
