Support Group Facilitator at National Alliance for Eating Disorders

Renee Sudol, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with expertise in eating disorders and caregiver support. Currently serving as a support group facilitator at the National Alliance for Eating Disorders since October 2019, Renee co-facilitates virtual support groups for individuals affected by eating disorders. In addition, Renee operates a virtual private practice as an Eating Disorder Caregiver Therapist, providing education and empowerment to families involved in recovery. From May 2021 to May 2024, Renee worked as a FBT Therapist at Equip, where responsibilities included assessment, evidence-based interventions, and collaboration with treatment teams. Previously, from January 2013 to August 2021, Renee held the position of Senior Primary Therapist at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. Renee holds a Master of Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Lehigh University.

National Alliance for Eating Disorders (formerly The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness) is the leading national nonprofit organization providing education, referrals, and support for all individuals experiencing eating disorders, as well as their loved ones. Since its founding in October 2000, The Alliance has worked tirelessly to raise awareness; eliminate secrecy and stigma; promote access to care; and support those susceptible to, currently experiencing, and recovering from eating disorders.
