Hakima EL ALAMI possesses extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Director at Bank Al-Maghrib since 1997, where responsibilities have included overseeing payment systems and organizational management. Additionally, Hakima has been involved with the World Bank Group as a member of the Payment Aspects of Financial Inclusion (PAFI) and leads the African Financial Inclusion Policy Initiative at the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI). Prior experience includes the role of Commercial Director at Groupe CMKD from 1995 to 1997. Hakima's educational background includes a Leadership Program for Financial Inclusion at Tufts University and degrees from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and Aix-Marseille University in Economics and Organizational Engineering.
