Joel Chan

Joel Chan is a seasoned procurement professional with a diverse background in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Officer at the Alliance for Financial Inclusion since December 2021, Joel previously worked as a Procurement Executive at Handal Energy Berhad and held multiple positions at Halliburton, including Senior Procurement Specialist and Team Lead. Joel also has experience in education, having worked as a Private Tutor and an Educator at SUPER Education Centre. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Victoria University and has completed advanced diplomas in Business Administration and Management from City of Sunderland College and Lincoln International Business School.
