Deborah Young MAICD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and regulatory innovation. As the CEO and Founder of Deborah Young Advisory since March 2025, Deborah focuses on building global communities. In addition, Deborah holds the position of Lead Community, Public and Government Relations at Grey Matters, where efforts are directed towards reframing the narrative around aging and fostering inclusive partnerships. Deborah is actively involved in various advisory roles, including with the Age Assurance Technology Trial, AIR - Alliance for Innovative Regulation, Women in Regulatory Innovation, and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
