Tom Goode currently serves as the General Counsel at ATIS, a position held since February 2005. Prior to this role, Tom was the Director of Government Affairs at PCIA, The Wireless Association, from August 2004 to January 2005, and worked as an independent consultant between January 2002 and March 2004. Tom also held the title of Vice President and General Counsel at OneLine from July 2000 to December 2001 and served as an attorney at the Utilities Telecom Council (UTC) from 1993 to 2000. Educationally, Tom earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center from 1988 to 1991 and a BA in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland from 1985 to 1988.
