Jimmy Gibbons is currently the Finance Director at Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay since July 2022. Prior to that, Jimmy worked at TMDL CPAs & Consultants from June 2018 to June 2022, first as an Audit Manager and then as a Senior Audit Associate. Jimmy also has experience as a Senior Assurance Associate and Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP from July 2014 to May 2018. Jimmy started their career as an Hourly Accountant at Carroll County Public Schools from February 2013 to June 2013. Jimmy obtained their education at McDaniel College from 2009 to 2013.

We seek to work upstream, to prevent pollution from where it starts. We believe in collaboration, inclusivity, and action-oriented progress based on science. Our vision is for clean streams and rivers flowing through resilient landscapes, cared for by the 18+ million people who live, work, and play in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
