H. Carlos Constantinou is an experienced engineering geologist currently working at Alliance Geotechnical since October 2020. Previous roles include exploration geologist at Xenith Consulting, project geologist and senior fieldy at New South Resources via No Bounds Pty Ltd, and director at Murdock Enterprises from 2014 to 2019. Additional positions as exploration geologist and rig geologist were held at Square Resources, Salva Resources, Geological Solutions, Brumby Resources, and Arafura Resources in the early 2010s. H. Carlos Constantinou holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Geochemistry from UNSW (2007-2008) and a Bachelor of Sciences in Geophysics and Geology from Macquarie University (2000-2004).
