Joanna Irvine

Joanna Irvine serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited since January 2024. Previously, Joanna has held multiple senior legal roles, including General Counsel and Company Secretary at Alliance Group Limited since April 2021, and General Counsel at Tait Communications from January 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, regulatory compliance, and commercial partnerships. Joanna's earlier experience includes roles such as Commercial & Legal Manager at RED - The Global SAP Solutions Provider and Legal Advisor at Adecco UK, among others. Joanna holds an LLB in Law and a BA in Politics from Victoria University of Wellington, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2005.
