Stephanie Oborn

Stephanie Oborn is currently the Head of People Experience & Talent Acquisition at Alliance Group Limited. Previously, Stephanie held roles such as Organisational Development Lead at Meridian Energy and Group L&D Lead at Fulton Hogan. Stephanie's experience also includes roles in Learning and Development at Canterbury District Health Board and NZ Customs. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Operations Management from the University of Canterbury, Stephanie has a strong background in L&D and HR. Additionally, Stephanie is a certified Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
