Crystal Smith, PHR, serves as the Benefits Manager and Sr. HR Business Partner - Benefits at Alliance Health since September 2017, with extensive experience in benefits administration, strategic evaluation, and implementation of cost-effective benefit programs. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant HRIS/Benefits Manager at East Coast Migrant Head Start Project from March 2001 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing employee benefits, coordinating open enrollment processes, and managing the HRIS. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College.
