Antonella Naselli has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they are working as a Client Experience Manager at Sequoia since November 2021. Prior to this, Antonella spent eight years at ADP as an Implementation Consultant III, where they were responsible for implementing HR, payroll, and benefits solutions for clients. Antonella worked closely with various internal departments to meet client needs and project timelines. Before their time at ADP, Antonella worked as an HR Generalist at Garden City Group and as an HR Generalist/Benefits Administrator at American Stock Transfer & Trust LLC. Antonella also gained experience as a Temporary HR Officer at U.S. Fund for UNICEF. Earlier in their career, Antonella worked at glaceau, a division of The Coca-Cola Company, as an HR Associate Manager/Generalist, at Cantor Fitzgerald as an HR Assistant, and at New York Hospital Queens as a Staffing Coordinator.

Antonella Naselli began their education journey in 1995, attending Stony Brook University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Sociology in 1999. In 2002, they pursued a Human Resources Certification at Baruch College, which they completed in 2003.

Later, in 2007, Antonella attended the Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they obtained a certification for the SHRM PHR Exam.

Throughout their career, Antonella Naselli has also obtained several additional certifications. These include the Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2016. In May 2016, they received the Certified FMLA Administrator certification from HR Certifications. Antonella also obtained the Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association in April 2016.

In addition to these certifications, Antonella Naselli holds the Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist certification from the Health Care Reform Center & Policy Institute, which they obtained in March 2015. In January 2015, they attained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Lastly, in June 2007, they received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
