Nicole Batten

Nicole Batten has extensive experience in customer service and personal care, currently serving as a Licensing Specialist at Simplicity Group since May 2018. Prior to this role, Nicole has worked as a Personal Care Assistant at Alliance Health Care since 2008, providing direct care to individuals with disabilities and managing their schedules and activities. Additional experience includes customer service positions at Clam Outdoors, Kay Jewelers as a Seasonal Sales Associate, and ProKART Indoors, where Nicole handled transactions and sales. Nicole is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing obtained between 2014 and 2015.
