Aline Seifert, born in 1974, graduated in 2002 in business administration at the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg with a focus on finance. She started her professional career in 2003 at Novartis Pharma in Nuremberg as a financial analyst with a focus on marketing and sales.
She then moved to the Novartis subsidiary Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in Ismaning in 2004 as Head of Finance and Administration and a member of the German Management Board, before being given regional responsibility in 2006 as Head of Business Planning & Analysis Nordics at Sandoz A/S in Odense/Denmark. There she was responsible for all four Scandinavian countries in the finance function.
From 2008 to the end of 2013, Ms. Seifert held positions with global orientation and responsibility at Sandoz International in Holzkirchen, most recently as Global Head of Strategic Quality Projects.
At the end of 2013, Ms. Seifert was recruited as Finance Director by the dynamically growing Belgian OTC company Omega Pharma and, due to her convincing successes, was appointed General Manager of Omega Pharma Germany in Herrenberg, which now belongs to the global Perrigo Group, in September 2016.
On October 1st, 2017 she started her work as director of finance and IT and member of the management of Alliance Healthcare Deutschland AG. Effective July 5, 2018, Ms. Seifert was appointed to the Management Board by the Supervisory Board.
Since April 1, 2019, she has taken over as CEO of the company, replacing Wolfgang Mähr, who is returning to the Supervisory Board as Chairman. As part of the change of name from Alliance Healthcare Deutschland AG to Alliance Healthcare Deutschland GmbH on August 6, 2020, Ms. Seifert will take over as CEO.
