Sarah Lyman

Sarah Lyman has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Sarah currently serves as the Executive Director at Alliance Healthcare Foundation, where they work towards advancing health and wellness for under-resourced populations in San Diego and Imperial counties. Sarah is also a Mayoral Appointee with the San Diego Middle Income Housing Working Group and a Board Member with Catalyst of San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Prior to their current roles, Sarah worked at Empire Health Foundation, where they held multiple positions. Sarah started as a Program Associate, coordinating and developing the organization's emerging grants portfolio. Sarah then became a Senior Program Associate, managing the foundation's Strategic Grants Programs. Later, they served as a Senior Program Officer, leading various programs focused on obesity prevention, child welfare reform, and oral health. Lastly, Sarah held the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing the foundation's daily activities and providing executive leadership.

Before their time at Empire Health Foundation, Sarah worked as an Account Executive at Quinn Group Advertising, where they provided strategic management and direction for advertising and marketing initiatives for clients. Sarah also supported the accounting department through budgeting and forecasting.

In the early years of their career, Sarah gained experience at the YMCA, where they held various roles such as C.I.T. Program Leader, Junior Counselor Coordinator, and Camp Counselor.

Sarah Lyman completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Western Washington University from 2003 to 2007.
