Zach Zellers

Zach Zellers is the current Service Manager at Alliance InfoSystems. Zach has previous experience as a Helpdesk Employee for TEKsystems from March 2017 to July 2018. There, they provided Helpdesk Technician T1 Support for multiple law firms in the Top 150. Zach also has experience as a Team Leader at Cornerstone Antiques and Consignment from September 2010 to October 2015. There, they were responsible for organizing the daily tasks for up to 6 employees, handling customers and sales, and problem solving to maintain daily business goals. Zach also operated the cash register, credit card machine, and a moderately simplistic sales process. Before that, Zach worked as an employee for Countryside Landscaping INC. from May 2010 to August 2010. There, they did manual labor such as landscaping, instillation and demolition. Zach also coordinated with multiple crews in order to complete daily tasks and operated heavy machinery. Zach provided customer service on a daily basis to ensure satisfaction.

Zach Zellers has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Administration from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Kinesiology and Exercise Science degree from Towson University.
