Director Human Resources at Alliance Laundry System

Doug Jorgensen has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Doug worked as a Senior Consultant at Right Management since 2018, where they assist candidates in career transition and leads group programs. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Alliance Laundry Systems from 2007 onwards. In this role, they directed HR activities for the commercial laundry manufacturer, overseeing global operations. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Falk Corporation/Rexnord Gear Group from 2001 to 2007. Doug also served as the Director of Human Resources at The Falk Corporation (later acquired by UTC/Sundstrand) from 1985 to 2007. Mr. Jorgensen began their career in 1985 as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Administrator at Hamilton Sundstrand, where they worked until 1990.

Doug Jorgensen holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, which they obtained between 1983 and 1991. Doug also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Quincy University, completed from 1972 to 1976. In addition, Doug holds several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), which they obtained in May 2013, and the Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR) and Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certifications, both obtained in 2012 from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
