Erica Olson

Erica Olson has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and business roles. Erica most recently worked as the Finance Director at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of FP&A at Otis Elevator Co. from April 2021 to February 2023.

Before their role at Otis Elevator, Erica worked at Owens Corning for several years, holding various positions. Erica started as the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in June 2012 and later became the Manufacturing Finance Controller. Erica also led the ERP conversion to SAP at the Brentwood manufacturing plant, serving as the plant controller simultaneously.

Erica's earlier experience includes roles at UTC Fire & Security, where they managed financial business processes and provided FP&A support and guidance. Erica also worked at Boloco, a private equity-backed restaurant chain, as the EVP of Finance.

Prior to that, Erica held positions at Starbucks Coffee International and Yum! Restaurants International, where they were involved in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Erica started their career as an Assistant Manager at Pizza Hut, Inc., eventually assuming roles as a Shift Manager and Franchise Financial Analyst.

Throughout their career, Erica has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, and process improvement. Erica has experience in managing teams, overseeing transitions, and streamlining operations.

Erica Olson studied at Hood College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and a minor in International Economics. Erica later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Business Economics and Public Policy, at The George Washington University School of Business.
