James Ford

James Ford has had extensive work experience in the banking industry. James started their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at HSBC in 2011 and worked in various roles such as Retail Branch Manager and Premier Relationship Manager. From 2015 to 2022, they served as an Onboarding Case Manager at HSBC. In 2022, they joined Santander UK as a CDD Team Manager and later became a High Risk ODD Lead in 2023.

James Ford attended Birmingham City University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology & Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Financial Advisor from the Financial Conduct Authority in 2014, Diploma in Regulated financial planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2014, Professional Diploma in Banking Practice and Management from the Institute of Financial Services in 2013, and International Diploma Certificate in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
