Karen Frazer

Karen Frazer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the finance industry. Karen began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Abbey in 1995 and went on to work as a Technical Business Consultant and Project Manager at the same company. In 2002, they joined Santander UK as a Project Manager and later served as a Senior Project Manager and Head of Product Control & Governance. Karen then held positions as Head of Retail Business Solutions, Head of Product Office, and Head of Risk Oversight & Governance. Most recently, they served as the Interim Director of Business Risk, Customer Outcomes & Control and is currently the Director of Customer Outcomes Risk & Assurance. Additionally, Karen has also been involved with the Skylark Partnership Trust as Chair of the Board of Trustees and as a Board Trustee.

Karen Frazer completed their education at multiple institutions. Karen obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analysis from Lancaster University in the year 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the same university in the years 1991-1994. Karen also attended Walton High School from 1984 to 1994, but no specific degrees or fields of study were mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, they will be receiving a certificate of achievement in the Elevate | Business Leaders Programme from Santander UK in the year 2023.
