Liz Chang

Liz Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, marketing, and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Mortgage Remediation and previously as Senior Change Manager for Financial Crime at Santander UK since October 2021, Liz has held various significant roles within the company since 2014, including Chair of the Parents & Carers employee network and Head of Retail Infrastructure. Prior to Santander UK, Liz worked at Close Brothers Motor Finance and held several positions at Banco Santander, Santander, Abbey, and National & Provincial B.S., showcasing a strong background in program management and marketing. Liz holds a Ba Hons in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from Teesside University, an executive program certificate from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a qualification in Finance & Accounting for non-financial managers from Cambridge Judge Business School.
