Rebecca Gale

Rebecca Gale has over a decade of experience in risk management and operational control. Rebecca most recently worked at Santander UK as a VP, focusing on change and new product risk. Prior to that, they held a role at Mastercard as a Director of Risk & Control, overseeing various business units. Rebecca also gained experience at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held multiple roles in technology risk and governance. Earlier in their career, they worked at MetLife Alico and Barclays, where they focused on operational risk analysis and system support. Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in developing risk management frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Rebecca Gale has a Master's Degree in Post-modern Literature from Newcastle University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature at Newcastle University from 2002 to 2005. Rebecca'ssecondary education took place at Parkstone Grammar School from 1996 to 2002, where they achieved 4 A-Levels with 3As and 1 B. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the field of operational risk and information technology, including the CISI Advanced Certificate in Operational Risk and the Management of Risk Practitioner Certificate.
