Steph Tangen

Steph Tangen has accumulated a wealth of experience in various roles at Santander UK, including Senior Integration Manager and Business Analyst and Change Manager. With a background in Business Consultancy and Change Management, Steph has worked on transformation programmes, new products, Financial Crime, and regulatory changes across different banking divisions. Additionally, Steph has held roles such as Fraud Portfolio Manager and Test Analyst. Outside of Santander UK, Steph participated in the Santander Young Leaders Programme and was a Mentee at the 30% Club. Steph holds a degree in Contour Fashion from De Montfort University.
