Latitia Estrada

Latitia Estrada has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Latitia started their career in 2007 as an Insurance Agent and Sales Associate at Aflac, where they worked with clients to provide suitable life and health insurance policies. Latitia then transitioned to Gonzaga University in 2005, where they served as a Program Assistant in the Administration for Disability Resources, providing access services to students with disabilities.

In 2008, Latitia joined Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) as a Grant Writer, responsible for securing funding for assisting low-income families with affordable housing and financial services. Latitia analyzed data and collaborated with various divisions to ensure the maximum number of people received assistance.

From 2009 to 2023, Latitia worked at the Timber Products Manufacturers Association (TPM) in multiple roles. Latitia started as a Human Resource Generalist and Grant Coordinator, providing consultation and project management on employee relations, and assisting clients with various HR issues. Later, they became the Director of Human Resources, where they continued to provide guidance and support on various HR topics and also conducted client training programs.

Currently, Latitia is the Director of Human Resources at Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC, a position they assumed in 2023.

Latitia Estrada attended Gonzaga University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management and International Business.
