Veronica Setzke

Veronica Setzke serves as the Director of Human Resources at Altvia since December 2024, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy to enhance employer branding, performance culture, and employee experience through data-driven initiatives. Prior to Altvia, Veronica held various leadership roles at Pax8, including Vice President of Employee Experience and People Systems, where an innovative listening strategy won the i4cP Next Practices Award. Noteworthy achievements also include managing global M&A integrations, launching UK operations during COVID, and building HR systems at ProtectWise, Inc. Veronica’s career began at Mile High United Way as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support in talent management and employee relations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Columbus State University.
