Kobe Highter

Kobe Highter is an experienced media professional currently serving as an Associate Producer for Hearst Television, assisting with the morning show for Justin, Scott, and Spiegel on WIYY FM (98 Rock) and producing the 23-24 Ravens Pre-game show. Prior roles include Promotions Assistant at WIYY (98 Rock) and WBAL news radio and Brand Ambassador at Alliance Marketing Partners. Kobe has also gained valuable experience as a Production Assistant at EYE ON THE BALL FILMS, INC. and Soledad O'Brien Productions. Notably, Kobe held the position of Program Director at XTSR Student Radio Station, where business skills in marketing, development, and event planning were further developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mass Communication & Electronic Media and Film from Towson University and a High School Diploma from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.
