Eddie Dashiell

Eddie Dashiell, MBA, has extensive experience in credit analysis and collections, currently serving as a Collections Specialist at Alliance Material Handling since October 2019. In this role, Eddie manages credit accounts for 400 customers, effectively utilizing multiple collections techniques to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues. Previously, Eddie worked at Ciena for eight years as a Credit Analyst and Collections Specialist, overseeing credit limit requests and maintaining accounts receivable of approximately $975 million. Eddie's earlier experience includes key leadership positions at Toyota North America, where management of cashiers and customer service teams was central, alongside roles at Smelkinson Sysco and Consumer First Mortgage. Eddie holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. in Finance from Salisbury University.
