Alister Bates

Alister Bates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Project Delivery at Alliance Medical since April 2021, Alister has progressed through various roles within the same organization, including Programme/PMO Manager and Project Manager, starting from May 2009. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Cattles PLC from 2006 to 2009 and working as a Business Analyst at Experian from 2000 to 2006. Alister's career began as a Graduate Trainee at Alliance & Leicester between May 1997 and January 2000, demonstrating a solid foundation in business analysis and project management practices.
