Jeyan Heper

Jeyan Heper has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeyan began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager and later became a Group Brand Manager responsible for multiple brands across the Balkans. Jeyan then joined Procter & Gamble Europe as a Global Business Manager. After that, they worked at Danone in various marketing roles, including VP Marketing and Marketing Director. Jeyan was also the President & General Manager of the Sexual Wellness Global Business Unit at Ansell. Jeyan led the creation of a new stand-alone company, LifeStyles Healthcare, after its divestiture from Ansell. During their tenure, the business grew by over 50%. Jeyan also served as a Non-Executive Director at Organigram Inc before taking on their current roles as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited. Throughout their career, Jeyan Heper has demonstrated success in driving growth, leading teams, and implementing proven marketing strategies.

Jeyan Heper obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University. Additionally, they attended the C2 Montreal Masterclass training. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at TC Williams High School in Alexandria, VA, USA.
