Taylor Stima

As Director of Finance in the western regions, Taylor Stima helps to source and manage joint venture equity and debt financing relationships, working closely with the local development teams in each regional office. Taylor also administers and assists in managing several investment funds on behalf of Alliance and its private investors, closing and overseeing more than $70 million in direct real estate investment across nearly a hundred nationwide multifamily projects. Prior to his current role, Taylor joined Alliance’s corporate accounting team in 2014 and rose to the role of VP of Accounting, where he significantly enhanced the company’s tax planning and strategy. Prior to Alliance, Taylor performed assurance services for the public accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Taylor maintains an active Certified Public Accountant license and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters of Accountancy as a graduate from the University of Iowa.
