Wayne Thompson

Wayne Thompson serves as the Director of Finance at Pacific Defense since April 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from prior roles at Raytheon, where tenure included positions as FP&A Manager II, International Business Manager, Finance Manager, and Sr. Analyst from January 2013 to April 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Empirix from June 2011 to October 2012, as well as various financial positions at Raytheon between January 2009 and June 2011. Wayne started a career at State Street Bank as a Senior Custody Specialist from January 2007 to January 2008. Wayne earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southern New Hampshire University between 2011 and 2014 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University, completed in 2007. Early education includes studies at Delaware Valley University and Austin Prep.
