Alliance Select Foods International, Inc. (ASFII) is engaged in processing, canning and export of canned tuna. The Company exports its canned tuna products to Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America. The Company operates through two segments: manufacturing and real estate leasing. It is primarily a private label manufacturer of canned tuna, and processes and cans tuna in the institutional and retail pack can sizes using its customers' brands. The Company also produces fishmeal, which it sells to the domestic feeds market and to traders. Its products are canned tuna, smoked salmon, fishmeal and salmon by-products. The Company's Tuna Division comprising ASFII and PT International Alliance Foods Indonesia (PT IAFI), sells canned tuna in solids, chunks, and flakes variants, packed in oil, brine, vegetable broth, or water. The market for canned tuna comprises the institutional and retail markets.
