Mike Hollenbeck has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike started their career at MGM Grand Detroit, where they worked as a VIP Services Specialist. Mike then moved on to Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, where they were part of the opening team and worked in Bell Services and Concierge Services. After that, they joined Walt Disney World, where they held various roles in Resort Operations, including Groups, Bell Services, Valet, Lead, Guest Services, Concierge, and Trainer.
In 2004, Mike became an Operations Manager at Healthcare Parking Systems of America, Inc. Mike then joined Universal Service Group LLC in 2006 and held the position of Director of Hospitality and Operations before eventually becoming the Vice President.
In 2019, Mike joined Alliance Service Group as the Vice President, responsible for introducing and operating various departments and positions related to automotive service and sales.
In 2020, they became an Operating Partner at GeoSpear International.
Mike Hollenbeck obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Psychology from Central Michigan University from 1996 to 1999.
