Ivan Roslak

Ivan Roslak is an experienced professional in operational excellence and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Alliance Technical Group since April 2024. Previously, Ivan held various leadership roles at Danaher Corporation from September 2018 to March 2024, including Plant Manager for Pall Corporation and Cytiva, as well as Value Stream Leader. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing and transitioning through roles such as Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Engineer at Real Alloy. Ivan began his career as an Engineering Co-Op at Alliance Technical Group. Ivan earned a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering from Auburn University between 2007 and 2012.
