Jessica Rawlings

Jessica Rawlings is an experienced Site Supervisor at Alliance Technical Group, responsible for leading a team of LDAR technicians to ensure operational safety, accuracy, and compliance with environmental regulations since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of LDAR Area Supervisor at BrandSafway from June 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included conducting monthly QIP meetings and representing plant personnel involved in the Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program. Jessica also worked at TEAM, Inc. from July 2018 to February 2022, focusing on emissions and environmental controls within the LDAR field.
