Anna Birtles Russell

Anna Birtles Russell is an experienced professional in digital communications and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Web & Digital Communications at Alliance Theatre since February 2022. Prior roles include Director of Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager at Jacksonville Symphony from September 2016 to January 2022. Anna has also worked as Program & Gallery Manager and Program & Gallery Assistant at the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach. Early career experiences include serving as Digital Projects and Preservation Student Supervisor at the University of North Florida, Curatorial Intern at The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, and Art in Public Places Program Intern at the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History with a minor in Anthropology from the University of North Florida, completed in 2012.
