Ciaran Flake

Ciaran Flake is an experienced project manager currently working at KONG Ventures LLC since August 2023, while also serving in stage operations at Alliance Theatre since May 2022, contributing to notable productions including "The Mountaintop" and "A Christmas Carol." Previously held the role of FOH Operations Manager at Cultured South Fermentation Co., where responsibilities included drafting schedules and managing inventory. Ciaran has a diverse background in both production and marketing, having worked as a production manager and marketing associate at various companies. Ciaran also has experience in firefighting as a Firefighter I/EMT-B with Gwinnett County Government and has instructed courses at YOUNG ACTORS PLAYHOUSE. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Directing for Film & Theatre from Oglethorpe University and a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford.
