Teaching Artist at Alliance Theatre

Courtney Moors-Hornick is an experienced actor and teaching artist with a diverse background in theater. Serving as a Teaching Artist at Alliance Theatre since August 2018, Courtney is also the Managing Director and a founding member of Barefoot Shakespeare Company, with notable performances including Viola in "Twelfth Night" and Sylvia in "The Two Gentlemen of Verona." Recent acting roles include Celeste in a staged reading of "Backstage Fairytale" with Yellowhammer Theatre Group and various characters in productions like "Pride and Prejudice" at Triad Stage and "Grounded" with Atlanta Theatre Club. Courtney holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2009.
