Brent Mather

Brent Mather is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Vice President Corporate Accounting Manager at AllianceBernstein since June 2006, where responsibilities include managing a five-person team and overseeing the monthly Mark to Market of proprietary seed and deferred compensation investments in compliance with ASC 320. Prior to this role, Brent held the position of Vice President Accounting Control at Citigroup Asset Management from October 2004 to June 2006 and was the Director of Accounting at Modem Media from 2000 to 2006. Brent holds an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University, completed between 1994 and 1996.
