As a Principal Data Scientist at Raymond James and a Quant Strategist at Noble Capital International, Che Guan has demonstrated a strong expertise in leveraging data for strategic insights. Che Guan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Statistics from the University of Connecticut, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2013.
