Erik Turenchalk

Erik Turenchalk is an experienced financial professional with over two decades at AllianceBernstein, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for U.S. Small and Mid-Cap Value Equities, overseeing the AB Discovery Value Fund and AB Small Cap Value Portfolio. Erik has a strong background in equity research, having previously directed a European short portfolio and supported a $1 billion long-short equity hedge fund through extensive company analysis. Earlier career roles include Business Analyst at Pratt & Whitney, where Erik developed financial statements for significant capital investments, and a brief tenure in accounting at IBM Credit Corp. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
