Jennifer Friedland

Jennifer Friedland has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Jennifer most recently worked at AllianceBernstein, where they held the roles of VP/Chief Compliance Officer AB Active ETFs and Director of Subadvisory Fund Compliance since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as Vice President and Director of Subadvisory Fund Compliance starting from January 2020.

Before their time at AllianceBernstein, Jennifer worked at WestEnd Advisors, LLC as the Chief Compliance Officer from January 2013 to December 2019, and as a Compliance professional from January 2011 to December 2019. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Attorney General - State of California from August 2009 to December 2009.

Early on in their career, they completed a corporate internship at FINRA - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from May 2009 to August 2009. Prior to that, they were a Client Services Administrator at The Estate Management Group, Inc from July 2008 to April 2009 and a Client Services Manager at DeVita Kavanagh - Northwestern Mutual Financial Network from November 2004 to June 2007.

Jennifer's work experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant at CompHealth from November 2001 to July 2003 and as a Senior Account Executive at Environmental Data Resources, Inc from August 1996 to September 2001.

Jennifer Friedland attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a B.S. Magna Cum Laude in Psychology and Cognitive Science. Jennifer then went on to attend Southwestern Law School from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
