Dana M. Harrison

Dana Harrison is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in grants management and financial compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Grants Accounting Manager at AllianceChicago since August 2021, Dana previously held the role of Senior Manager, Grants and Financial Compliance at Start Early from June 2020 to July 2021. Dana's career also includes significant tenure at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where a progression from Grant Accountant to Senior Grant Administrator spanned over two decades, and at Legal Aid Chicago as an Accountant and Interim Controller. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Governors State University, complemented by further education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
