Randy Peterson

Randy Peterson is an experienced professional in real estate, construction, and facilities operations, currently serving as Sr. Director at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy since June 2015. In this role, Randy oversees operations across eight locations encompassing 600,000 square feet of corporate office and pharmacy space, managing a $20 million annual operating budget and leading various projects including real estate assessments and workplace design. Prior to this, Randy held positions at Target Corporation from January 2007 to March 2015, including Regional Manager and Sr. Project Manager, where significant contributions included overseeing $200 million in annual capital investment for new and remodeled stores across the U.S. and Canada. Earlier experience includes project management roles at College City Homes and Remodeling, as well as serving as Director of Public Works/City Engineer for the City of Northfield. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
