Lee Pierce has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Lee began their career in 1995 as a Major Account Sales Executive at Sybase, where they were recognized as a top performer and achieved Gold Performer status. In 1998, they joined IBM as a Senior Software Sales Account Manager and was integral in the IBM Software Data Management Pilot Program. Lee was also recognized as a key Senior Software Account Manager for developing strong client relationships, qualifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. In 2006, they became the Compliance & Certification Sales Manager at IBM, where they spearheaded compliance and certificate-related reviews for IBM Power Systems, software, and storage product opportunities valued at $26M in revenue. Lee also directed efficient sales strategies in collaboration with IBM channel reps, sales managers, VARS, VADS, and all IBM business partners. In 2014, they joined Oracle as a Sr. Global Sales Operations and Business Analyst. In this role, they conducted data and business analysis regarding best practices, and developed strategic approaches to optimize sales results and operational success. Lee also developed and maintained operational stakeholder collaborative process, including engaging leadership and fostering teamwork to establish standards, meet and successfully exceed sales performance targets and productivity. In 2021, they joined Alliancesphere as a Channels and Management Consulting Facilitator.

Lee Pierce has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Political Science, Business Management, and Communications. Lee also has several certifications, including a Business Mediation Certification from Collin College obtained in November 2011, a Consultative Team Selling Process and Data Management University Certification from IBM, a Dale Carnegie Sales School Certification from Dale Carnegie, a Leadership Development Program and Solution Selling Certification from IBM, an Operational Efficiency and Compliance Training Certification from Oracle, a Signature Selling Methodology Certification from IBM, and a Successful Selling Program Certification from Sybase.
