Francisca Chaparro Tapia, CRCM, has extensive experience in compliance management within the financial sector, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Manager in the Advisory department at Alliant Credit Union since August 2019. Prior to this role, Francisca held the position of Compliance Manager in the same department and served as VP Compliance Advisor Senior at MB Financial Bank from November 2001 to June 2019. Francisca holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Northern Illinois University.
