Earl Achord

Earl (Lee) Achord joined the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union in 2015. He is the North America regional head of Compensation and Benefits for G4S and is responsible for compensation and benefit programs throughout the region as well as HRIS and Talent Management programs. His career with G4S began in 1999 and has held a number of leadership roles in Human Resources. Prior to working at G4S, Lee worked in a variety of HR management roles with companies in a wide range of industries. Lee began his career in the General Mills organization and has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California.
